First time access to the cart

For your security and privacy on this new system... as your account was created, a random temporary PASSWORD was assigned to you.  In the login section please click FORGOT PASSWORD, enter your email address and click SEND. 

Check your email (you may need to check your junk folder).

Once you have your temporary password, use this to login ... once in, you can update your profile with your preferred password.

How do I create an account?

If you are not already registered in the system please contact your Supervisor for more information. 

Your Supervisor will be responsible to add you to the system.

Instructions

• Your points total is displayed when you log into the Safety Campaign Recognition Program website.
• Each item has a points value indicated, and you must have accumulated enough points prior to selecting an item.
• Orders are processed on the 15th of every month with expected delivery to be within 4-6 weeks.
• Items are delivered to the Finning facility chosen by the employee in the checkout at the time of ordering.
• A signature is required to receive any delivery.
• Employees that leave the company will forfeit their points.

How do I receive Points?

See Something? Say Something is our safety campaign focusing on incident prevention through Hazard IDs. Earn points for hazard ID submissions and redeem them for prizes of your choice.

Submit a hazard ID including the corrective actions implemented using the online hazard ID submission tool. To be considered in this campaign, hazard IDs must meet the following criteria:
Include meaningful corrective actions, which have been actioned
“Description” field must identify hazard and “Action Taken Field” must identify meaningful corrective actions
If your submission meets the criteria above you’ll receive 50 points to redeem for rewards.
BONUS: One grand prize winner will be chosen each month based on the impact of the corrective actions, and will be awarded an additional 500 points.

Other Safety activities held throughout the year will give you opportunities to earn even more points. Stay tuned for more information.

Shipping Information

All orders will be compiled together and shipped in 2018. They will be distributed to the business location selected online when the order was placed. Exact distribution dates will be confirmed in the new year.

How do I find a specific product?

One you are logged In ... Click on the categories to view products in your point range or use the 'Keyword' search with a product description to narrow your options (i.e. Jacket).

How do I order products?

Once you are logged in... When you see a product that you'd like to order, click on the product name or its image. In the next screen you will see a 'Quantity' box. Enter the quantity that you would like to order and click 'Add to Cart'.

To continue shopping, simply enter a new keyword or browse through the categories on the left of your screen. Once you have added your selections to the cart, proceed through the checkout.

You can delete a product from your shopping cart by clicking the check box to the far left of the product you do not wish to purchase.

You can change the quantity of a product that you've already added to your shopping cart by adjusting the number in the 'Quantity' field. The cart will auto-update.

This cart uses standard online shopping cart processes and is very user friendly.

How do I know that my order has been received?

Once you have placed the order, you will see a notice on the cart indicating the order has been completed. You will also receive an email with order details including Order ID, list of products ordered, and total points used.

Please keep a copy for your reference.

You may need to check your junk folder.


Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on products with manufacturer's defects. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us to submit the request.

Please identify the items you would like to return with Stock Number, your reason for return, your order number, and your contact information along with your request. We will review your request and respond with further instruction.

Can I pick up at Elite Promotional Marketing?

No pick ups are permitted at the Elite Promotional Marketing office. 

All items will be shipped to the business location stated on the order.


Can I transfer points to another employee?

Points are not transferable between employees
